🔒 Privacy First & Local Processing

PDF Sparrow is built from the ground up to guarantee document privacy. All PDF operations—including merging, splitting, compressing, password protecting, redacting, and page reordering—happen 100% locally inside your web browser using client-side JavaScript, Web Workers, and WebAssembly.

Your PDF files, documents, text, and signatures never leave your device and are never transmitted to any cloud server.

🛡️ Zero Document Collection

Zero Personal Data Collection: We do not collect, store, track, or transmit any of the following:

  • Your PDF documents, text content, forms, or signatures.
  • Document metadata, author details, or creation timestamps.
  • Personal names, email addresses, or user credentials.
  • Tracking profiles or behavioral analytics.

💾 Local Preferences & Settings

PDF Sparrow saves basic interface preferences (such as accent color choice, light/dark theme preference, and recently used tools) in your browser's standard localStorage. This data stays strictly on your machine and can be cleared at any time.

🌐 No Tracking or Ad Networks

We do not embed third-party ad networks or tracking scripts. PDF Sparrow is designed to remain a clean, distraction-free utility.
